Ingredients

1 ser
  1. I small tin Sweet corn
  2. 1cooking spoon Salad cream
  3. 1egg
  4. HandfulCabbage
  5. Carrot
  6. I small Cucumber
  7. 4 cupsBeans
  8. 3 piecesTatasi
  9. 3cooking spoon Vegetable oil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 6big bulbs Onion
  12. 3 cubesSeasoning
  13. 2cooking spoon Crayfish
  14. 3 piecesFresh tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Soak beans for 2minutes,wash off the back.

    Rinse and select the back out to make sure is not included.

  3. 3

    Wash and cut the onions in big chunks.remove the white seeds from the tatasi

  4. 4

    Rinse the crayfish and pour all in a big bowl,grind in a mill.

    Mix with 3 cups of hot water.Pour in vegetable oil,add seasoning cubes and salt.

    Scoope in moi moi plates,boil water in a big pot.Place the moi moi plates on top of each other and cover to boil.

    Boil with intense heat for 1hour.

    Cut the cabbage,cucumber,carrots mix with the salad cream.

    Slice the fresh tomatoes,boil the egg allow it cool then slice into two.
