This is a very good salad. Easy to make. I use apple cider vinegar and a cabbage premix bag to save on time. You can also half the oil in the dressing if you want a more tangy flavor.

This salad is a take on the lettece wedge salad. It has more flavor with roasted Cabbage standing in for the lettece. It is absolutely delicious served hot with the contrast of cool tomatos, cool dressing and feta warming to a softness with the final crunch of bacon. However I have served it warm and even chilled and it is still delicious!

Just filling lazy took the gyro loaf out the freezer and got it crispy. Added it to a salad. Granddaughters doesn't like feta cheese so I used mozzarella cheese instead.
