Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesCarrots
  2. HandfulLettuces
  3. 1sized Cucumber
  4. 1/2medium sized Cabbage
  5. 1 tinsweet corn
  6. 1big tin Heinz baked beans
  7. 1 tingreen peas
  8. Salad cream
  9. 2boiled eggs
  10. vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all the vegetables with enough water and salt.

  2. 2

    Slice nicely cabbage, lettuce and dice the cucumber and carrot and set aside.

  3. 3

    Dice boiled eggs, sieve water off the sweet corn and green pea and set aside

  4. 4

    Arrange all the vegetables in a plate and add salad cream

  5. 5

    Peel plantain, slice and heat up Vegetable oil, and fry don't forget to sprinkle plantain with little salt and drain once plantain is fried

  6. 6

    Serve with salad on the side
