Squid and mushroom stir fry

I was cooking some dishes for a dinner and needed something showy for the table. I had some frozen squid in a diamond cut pattern. I soaked some dry shiitake mushrooms and used half a zucchini I had left. It turned out fantastic and my guests loved it.

I was cooking some dishes for a dinner and needed something showy for the table. I had some frozen squid in a diamond cut pattern. I soaked some dry shiitake mushrooms and used half a zucchini I had left. It turned out fantastic and my guests loved it.
Cooking Instructions

Start the wok with the oil and add the garlic and ginger, stir for 10 seconds.

Add the cubed zucchini, then the leeks and mushrooms
- 3
Mix the oyster sauce with the Water in a small bowl and then add it to the wok, stir some more.
Add a bit more water if needed. - 4
Lastly, add the squares of squid and stir well for about two more minutes and it is done!

The mushrooms have to be rehydrated before adding to the pan. Fresh mushrooms work well too.
