Easy Squid and Japanese Leek Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce and Mayo

I cooked my two favorite ingredients, squid and Japanese leek, with oyster sauce and mayo. It turned out to be a delicious dish! Since my family loved it so much, I posted the recipe here!
Scattering some shichimi spice gives the dish a grown-up flavor! It's great as an appetizer to enjoy with drinks.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Squid (without the tentacles)
  2. 1Japanese leek
  3. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  4. 1 cloveGrated garlic
  5. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  6. 1Shichimi spice

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the entrails from the squid. Slice into rounds without peeling off its skin (you can also cooks the insides if you'd like). Julienne the leek on the diagonal.

    Put all the ingredients except for the oyster sauce into the frying pan. Mix, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the Japanese leek softens, add the oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.

    Mix well to finish. Scatter some shichimi spice and enjoy as a drinking appetizer!
