Ingredients

  1. 1 large canSweet Potatoes, Mashed (3 cups)
  2. 1/2 CupSugar
  3. 2Eggs, beaten
  4. 1/2 CupButter
  5. 1 tsp.Vanilla
  6. 1 CupLight Brown Sugar
  7. 1/3 CupFlour
  8. 1 CupChopped Pecans
  9. 1/3 CupButter

Steps

35 mins
  1. 1

    Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.

  2. 2

    Pour into 2 quart, greased, casserole dish.

  3. 3

    In medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter with a fork to make crumbly

  4. 4

    Spread over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
