My client wanted a cake with beads and gave them my best.
Cooking Instructions

You pour the sugar into a bowl containing butter and mix till the mixture is even and the butter becomes light.
In another bowl,break the eggs and mix together
In the bowl containing the flour,you dig a well in the middle,pour your baking powder,nutmeg and mix together
When baking...liquid goes with liquid and powder goes with powder
pour your baking milk into a bowl containing small amount of water,depending on the size of your cake and stir,add the liquid flavour..

You pour your egg into the sugar and butter mixture gradually and stir.you then pour your flour mixture and turn continuously making sure is not strong,too thick or too light.

Other ingredients like fruits and colouring comes after this.while all these are going on make sure the pan to be used has been cleaned and rubbed with butter and flour to avoid burning the cake or the cake sticking to the pan.

The cake mixture is turned into the pan,and taken to the oven to bake.

For the Icing (Fondant) used:
Gelatin, water, glucose, flavour, glycerin, icing sugar - 7
Beads,Embroidery,designed rolling pin, shape cutter, were used for beautification

I planned making yule log cake which is originally a French recipe but I gave it a twist and here is the result ! It is essentially made of two sponge cakes one vanilla and the other chocolate .
