Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 6 Tbutter, divided
  2. 1large onion, diced
  3. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 2 Tred wine vinegar
  5. 1 (14 oz)kielbasa, thinly sliced
  6. 1large head green cabbage, cored and roughly chopped
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper,
  9. 1/4 cchopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
  10. 1 tspred pepper flakes, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In large skillet over medium heat, melt 3 T butter. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is translucent.

    Add vinegar and kielbasa, cook until meat is slightly browned.

  3. 3

    Add remaining butter, cabbage and paprika. Toss to coat cabbage. Add salt and pepper if needed.

    Continue cooking until cabbage is wilted and slightly browned.

    Top with parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired.
