    Cut cabbage and wash

    Scrape,wash and cut carrot into desired shape

  3. 3

    Boil your meat and reserve the stock

  4. 4

    Wash and cut the green beans

  5. 5

    Grate your tattashe,tarugu and onion

  6. 6

    Set your pot on heat add little veg oil n little onion

  7. 7

    Then add your grated tattashe and fry for 2-3 mins then add the stock your carrot n green beans n spices n live to boil for abt 15 mins

  8. 8

    When d water is almost absorbed then add d cabbage n live for 3 mins

  9. 9

    Then break your egg and whisk add it to the sauce n live for 2 min then stir and serve

  10. 10

    Serve with white spaghetti, yam, cous- cous or rice
