Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 1 clovegarlic, finely sliced
  3. 2 clovesshallots, finely sliced
  4. 1red chili pepper, thinly sliced at an angle
  5. 2birds eye chili peppers (optional)
  6. 200 grbean sprouts, washed under running water
  7. 1 packageextra firm tofu, cut to taste
  8. salt, pepper, and mushroom broth

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

    Add red chili pepper and birds eye chili peppers. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add tofu. Season with salt, pepper, and mushroom broth.

  4. 4

    Add bean sprouts. Keep stirring for another 3-4 minutes. (Don’t cook too long as the bean sprouts won’t be crunchy anymore)

  5. 5

    Serve with warm rice! 😋
