Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupGernadine syrup
  2. leafZobo
  3. Back of pineapple peel
  4. 35 clspirit
  5. 1/2orange
  6. cubesIce
  7. 1/2lemon
  8. 1Cucumber
  9. leafmint
  10. sugar optional

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil zobo leaf, back of pineapple peel in a pot of water and allow it cook for about 30minutes allow it rest maybe overnight so all the flavor will soak in; then sieve and set aside

    Pour in the ice cubes in a jug,Add 1/2 cup of the gernadine syrup this should be about 1/4 of the dimpled mug, then pour in some of the sieved liquid into the jug

    Squeeze of orange and lemon and set aside. add sugar if you wish for a sweeter taste

  4. 4

    Add sprite then slices of cucumber,oranges and lemons.

  5. 5

    Serve with a leaf of mint
