Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add ur flour, pinch of salt, powdered milk and baking powder.

    Mix the dry ingredients well and add your melted butter and eggs. Add a little water. The batter shouldnt be too thick and not watery.

    Wash ur minced meat and boil it. Add your seasoning, spices, onions, Scoth bonnet and a little vegetable oil.

    Keep stirring till soft.

    In a frying pan, add a little oil on low heat and add your batter, do not turn it until it starts to bubble.

    In a separate bowl, add ur ketchup and mayonnaise. Mix well

  7. 7

    Once your pancake is ready, spread your mayonnaise and ketchup mix and add your minced meat.

    Roll it and stick it with a toothpick.
