My wife is cutting out soy, egg, dairy and wheat as she is breastfeeding our newborn and we think he might be reacting to something she eats... so this recipe was created out of inspiration to feed her :).

Made by my wife she loves to cook but never knows how to share her cooking until now. The actual measurements aren't 100% accurate since she just made it up on the spot.

My daughter is a pretty picky eater but she loves rice. She could eat it every day. My husband made this one day hoping it would get her to eat different things, and it totally worked. It's her favorite thing to have for breakfast. It's so easy to make but sooooo yummy!

After my kid had high cholesterol at her age 6 I started cooking for her lunch.( she wasn't overweight) she never eat sandwiches or food made In school, I purchased a thermos so food kept warm until lunch time. one of her favorite is "spinach", made with tomatoes and a handful of rice.

My youngest 3 granddaughters clean their plates. I told their mom, who is my youngest daughter, she said yeah ok. Today she came home and said I don't know what you did to that rice, but make it that way from now on!! And you know how much I don't like rice, she said she ate it all.

My town's chinese restaurant serves a dessert that I'm addicted to. A green sweet sticky rice with fresh mango slices. I never knew how it was made, I thought it was flavored with vanilla. I took a friend to lunch there and had her try the dessert. She knew right away. Coconut milk, sugar, and food coloring. This is my version of it.

My mother hates fried rice but she ate to plates full.... it was good seeing her eat... :hungry
