#saladcontest Lettuce is very common among the hausa tribe of northern nigeria.It is mostly eaten with rice,kamzo( burnt part after cooking rice) mixed with oil,fresh tomatoes, kulikuli amongts other ingredients.I prefer taking lettuce in the local way.So today I decided to share my recipe for local lettuce salad so that my counterpart from the east and south can try out.

Moringa which is also known as zogale in hausa is a healthy leaf,also moringa local salad is considered a street food in the nothern part of nigeria e.g kano,it's a salad that gives your taste buds the flow and saves you from hunger, the kuli kuli gives the salad an amazing taste ,it's a streetfood that you can't miss ! #streetfoodcontest
