Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1 cupBeans
  3. Potash(kanwa)
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 3 cubesMaggi
  6. Grinded pepper(barkono)
  7. bunchLettuce
  8. Tomatoes 3 medium
  9. Onions 1 small
  10. Cucumbers 1 medium
  11. 2Boiled Eggs
  12. Lemon 1 medium

Cooking Instructions

    Put water into a pot let it be hot,wash the beans and add to the water and add small potash (kanwa)it soften beans quickly,wen the beans is half done wash the rice and add to it,add salt and cook.I usually per boil and wash away the starch, add clean water and cook again untill soft.Serve with grinded pepper (barkono)

    Wash lettuce and cut into smaller pieces,chopped tomatoes,Onions,cucumbers,boiled eggs and squeeze out lemon juice and add maggi.
