I came up with this recipe while keeping the taste of the supermarket's macaroni salad in mind.It's important to wait until just before eating to mix in the yogurt.It's also delicious if you mix in some tuna or bacon.If you mix in the mayonnaise and vegetables while the macaroni is still hot, it will absorb the moisture of the macaroni and make it hard when cooled. This recipe came from a few different places and we just mashed them together and got a really great recipe. The macaroni is overcooked for this recipe so it's very soft but it's needed so that when you add the vinegar and other ingredients they get soaked up by the macaroni. Very good alternative to potato salad.
