My son's favorite!

Tex's KFC Style Fried Chicken 🍗🌿🇺🇸
There are so many versions of the Colonel's classic recipe, I thought I'd have a crack too. I decided to poach the chicken first so that it remains moist, requires less cooking in the fryer, and absorbs less oil.

Authentic KFC-Style Fried Chicken
I tried out various things, but this might be the most authentic.Coat in • while mixing it.If you add 3-5 shakes each of paprika, ginger, chili powder, oregano, and basil (or parsley), it will taste even more authentic. Shake off the excess flour when frying. Recipe by Akkorin mama

Pinguy's Fried Chicken - KFC Style Chicken Recipe
Been messing around with this recipe for a good while now. It started out as a KFC clone but has evolved into it's own thing. This is a family favourite that we have once a fortnight. You don't have to poach the chicken before frying but it does improve the texture and taste. Plus it also gives you a chicken stock that you can use to make a gravy. See my recipes on how to make KFC style gravy with the left over seasoned breading flour and the poached chicken water/stock.

Simple Faux KFC Fried Chicken
I revised a version of brine often used in American households to suit Japanese households. The preparation in making the salt water is the same as that used in Belarus for removing radiation (water-soluble particles are removed by salt osmosis). You don't have to be very exacting with the amount of water; as long as there is enough to cover the chicken when placed in the plastic bag.Adjust the amount of salt to taste. I use nearly equal amounts of salt and sugar. For best results, keep them as equal as possible. For serving 4-5. Recipe by pogue

Jang Style Chicken - Recreating KFC Chicken
I was so amazed at how delicious the Jang Sauce Chicken at KFC was, and I immediately got to recreating the dish. Actually, I was successful with my first try (lol). The key is to add curry powder into the crust ♪You should definitely taste the real thing at KFC!★ I used granulated sugar.★ My gochujang is fairly spicy, but the result won't be too hot since the sugar gives it a sweet flavor. If you're into spicy food, you can add more gochujang if you'd like. Recipe by Homard Ebiko

KFC-style Biscuits!
I love KFC's biscuits. I've tried many recipes for these, but none tasted quite like theirs. I've finally managed to come up with a recipe that captures the flakiness, crispiness, and fluffiness. If you think I'm kidding, be sure to try it yourself. You'll be amazed.Keep the butter in the refrigerator.(Making sure the butter doesn't melt is a key point.)Fold the dough over at least 6 times. If you knead it too much, it will be like bread, or not enough, and it will be like pie, so try to get a feel for the right texture! KFC-Style Biscuits Made at Home
I love KFC biscuits! So I made them in my way.The tip is not to knead the dough in Step 4. For Step 6, you'll be making layers by repeating the process several times, but if you do it too much it won't plump up, so only do it about 3-4 times. When cutting your biscuits out, the dough should be 3-4 cm thick. If you want it to crack while baking, powder a small amount of flour on the folded size of the dough. Do not powder both sides or it won't stick at all! For 5-6 7-8 cm [2.8-3.1 in] diameter pieces. Better than KFC!? Spicy Chicken
These are spicy karaage with homemade karaage powder. They're similar to Kentucky Fried Chicken.Since deep-frying the chicken for a long time will make them tough, it's best to fry them at a high heat for a short time.If you plan to have them with some beer, I think they'll taste better with 2 teaspoons of pepper. If you decide to skip the steaming part, patiently deep-fry them in oil at 160°C, and then raise the temperature and fry quickly at the end. Copycat KFC bowl
Store didn't have chicken, so I bought the already made chicken chunks and thought to make a kfc bowl. I would have liked to make it all from scratch but meat is hard to come by right now. I will after the virus is over and everything back to normal make this again from scratch.
