  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspsage
  • 1 tspbasil
  • 1 tspmarjoram
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tsponion salt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tbspMSG based seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Dredge chicken in mix. Shake off. Now drop in hot oil 350.f cook till chicken is 170°F

    Dry on paper towels
