Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar,egg,butter in a bolw,add vanilla flavor and flour gradually.

Use hands to knead well and mold a ball shape using hands or any circle cutter.

Use a finger and make a pit at the center of the ball.

Your cooky should be like this.

Arrange on a baking tray and bake.

Melt chocolate and pipe into the pit.Your chocolate filled cookies are ready.

Saw someone on TV making these but this is the oatmeal cookie recipe I always use. Chopped pecans would be a good addition and you can add more chocolate chips for an extra rich cookie. I like to pull these from the oven when they are a little under done. I think they stay chewier. I used a 1/4 cup size scoop and made 30 cookies.
