Ingredients

  1. 1 kggizzard
  2. 15pepper
  3. 1 tintomatoes paste
  4. 1bulb onions
  5. 1 cupsveg oil
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 3knorr cube

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and spice gizzard and parboil for 20mins, turn off heat and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash pepper and roughly blend pepper without adding water, dice onions and set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up veg oil in a big frying pan and fry gizzard and drain; once you are done, reduce oil from frying pan and add onions after 3mins add pepper and tin tomatoes paste

    Fry for about 5 to 8 mins then add salt and knorr cube and then add fried gizzard and mix everything together,

    Allow it simmer for another 5 mins and turn off heat and serve
