  • 2 kgbeef
  • Ginger
  • Nutmeg
  • Black pepper
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Veg oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, marinate the meat for 5 hours and cook until extremely soft.

  2. 2

    Drain and pound, then strip in pellets

  3. 3

    Stir fry in batches using a little veg oil. Stir constantly until it's look fried and dried. Turn into a clean tray to cool down.

  4. 4

    Enjoy your delish snack😋😋
