Cooking Instructions

In a pan add palm oil,onion nd fry untill translucent,add roughly blended pepper mix and fry for 5 mins,by contineously stirring.

Add seasoning of choice(dnt frgt ginger),nd stir,add the fish nd chopped garlic at thesame time stir carefully to get the fish dip inside the sauce.add spring onion nd let cover for few secs.
- 3
Add chopped green pepper and close with a lid for 1 mins and tur. Off heat,enjoy.
