    Wash the zobo leaves and put in a pot with some lemon grass and mint leaves grate the ginger and add to the pot with the cloves.

    Pour enough water and boil for about 25mins

  3. 3

    Strain the zobo blend the cucumber and add to the zobo with the sugar stir and allow to steep.

  4. 4

    When cool strain again and add the tiara adjust the water add sugar to your taste. Serve chilled.
