A very easy and yummy soup for those cold winter nights.

Traditional bun rieu is very time consuming. Getting bun rieu at the restaurant pretty much guarantees that you will not be getting real crab. This quick version takes the work out of it but still maintains the authentic taste with real crab meat. It's not cheap to make, but the perfect treat- yourself-dinner for a cold night.

Before you cook your Ogbono soup with okra:1 grind the ogbono with dry mill2 cut the okra fingers into tiny pieces. to achieve this, you need to make a few vertical cuts followed by horizontal cuts on the okra fingers.3 cut the pumpkin leaf4 cook the beef and stock fish with the stock cubes and onion5 grind crayfish and pepper6 boil some water and step aside

This is an everyday homemade soup, not so special but tastes good enough.

Love shortcuts on beans only if they taste just as good!!.. Fast easy and super yummy serve over cornbread and with collards (you can find on page).. Super yummy soul food!👊🏼
