3 cut the pumpkin leaf
4 cook the beef and stock fish with the stock cubes and onion
5 grind crayfish and pepper

Cooking Instructions
- 1
You pour the palm oil into a clean dry pot. set on the stove and melt the oil at low, do not allow it to hit up
- 2
Once melted turn off the heat and add the ground ogbono
- 3
Use your cooking stick to dissolve the ogbono in the oil
- 4
When all the ogbono powder is completed mixed with the oil, add the meat stock. set the heat of your cooker to low and start stirring. you will notice the ogbono start to thicken and draw.
- 5
Keep stirring till the ogbono has completely absorbed the meat stock.
- 6
Add a small quantity of the hot water and stir till the ogbono has absorbed all the water. repeat this process till you get a consistency that you desire
- 7
Making sure that your heat is set to low, cover the pot and start cooking. once it starts to simmer, stir every 2 to 3 minutes for 20 minutes to avoid the ogbono sticking to the base of the pot
- 8
After 20 minutes the ogbono should be well cooked and you would begin to perceive its nice aroma
- 9
Add the meat, pepper, ground crayfish and salt to taste. the ogbono may have become thicker from the cooking. if so, add a little bit more water and stir very well. then cover and cook till the content of the pot is well heated up.
- 10
Add the okra and stir very well cover and leave to heat up well
- 11
Add the vegetable and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. it is ready to be served with either eba, semo, pounded yam etc.

Okro soup with ogbono Okro soup with ogbono
#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make, but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste. It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno, especially that part of draw, which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper, chilly pepper with the garlic, onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed. My mother's go-to miso soup recipe is now my go-to recipe, too!The sliminess in the okra is a substance called mucin, which invigorates cell activity and increases your metabolism. It may help clear up skin problems, decrease fatigue, get rid of constipation and even have anti-aging effects! I eat it every day just in case. For 2 servings. Recipe by Terudon cookpad.japan -
