Dry roast oats and grind it

Take mixing bowl add butter salt methi, chilli powder mix it well to light in colour add besan, oats flour baking powder and baking soda mix add water and milk mixture to make dough don't need to knead too much just get together

Roll out and cut in desire shape bake in preheated oven 170 degrees for 18/20 minutes keep eye after 15 mint to avoid burn

Cool it and keep it in airtight container enjoy with your hot cup of coffee and tea
