Cucumber slush

It's hot here,we need to hydrate.Note that all ingredients must be cold , especially cucumber,it must be frozen..

A healthy cucumber slush

This is a very quick & easy drink to make.

It's same recipe with salted Watermelon but I added lemon zest,note:salt must be coarse textured

Watermelon is a very nutritious fruit 🍉,it has lot’s of benefits to the health. I have some of it in my fridge,and I decided to make this amazing slush due to the hot weather!

I so much love watermelon and I made this slush for my daddy.. He loves it too 😋

I actually made this recipe by accident. At the time, I had a lot of leftover fruit salad. So I put it in the freezer to preserve it. When I brought it out, it has frozen. I then thought instead of thawing or blending it, let me muddle it and turn it into a slush. I have experimented and made several adjustments to the recipe since then. I now always make two variants of fruit salad, the one that I will take fresh and the slushy fruit salad.TIPS1. Do NOT add water. If not you will not get a good result. By the way you are not making pepper soup. LOL.2. Whatever you are using to muddle, make sure it is clean and dry and does not have the scent of other food.3. You can use sugar, orange juice or a combination of both. Using orange juice alone makes it healthier and it has natural sweetness.4. The occasional muddling and turning gives it a slushy texture, if not it will become hard ice. A slush is soft ice.5. You can use other fruit combinations. Just ensure that the fruits are compatible.@munchybitesbymeen
