Cooking Instructions

Slice meat into bite sized pieces, put into a big zip lock bag

Mix 1 tablespoons of salt with ginger and white pepper

Mix the wine, oil, and vinegar

Pour over the sliced beef squeeze the air out of bag and seal. Let sit at least 30 minutes

Heat a pan add beef, marinade, and start browning add onions and mix in well

Add garlic stir in and cover this will make your liquid

Cover and Stir fry till beef is done. remove the beef and onion set aside. Add sesame oil to beef and mix well.

To the juices add the broccoli and carrots mix together well. Cook till broccoli amd carrots are done to your liking

Toast the sesame seeds in a pan. Use a dry pan and keep the seeds moving about carefully so seeds won't burn or over toast. Just a bit brown and allowing natural oils to release from the seeds.

Add sesame seeds on top of stir fry right before serving. Hope you enjoy!
