  1. 65 gflour
  2. 65 gsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 1/2 tbsphot water
  6. Food colour
  7. Icing sugar
  8. Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a double boiler whisk eggs and sugar until frosty. Add your baking powder to flour and mix and gentle add in batches to the egg mixture. Use a spatula and combine.

  2. 2

    Pour ona baking sheet already brushed with butter and spread well. Bake for 10 mins. Roll and allow to cool before spreading any butter cream and chill before cutting.
