Use an hand blender to the Red pepper and Onions. Mix the blended Pepper and Onions with Sardine in a bowl add a little bit of salt and seasoning. Slice the Sausage

Apply the butter on both side of the sliced bread l, apply the Pepper mix spread to the edges on one side of the bread, put the sliced sausage and break one egg into the side covered with the Pepper mix and place another sliced bread on it.

Put it inside the toaster.
