A simple dish that anyone can make with just a slice of stale bread. Today, I felt like having it this way. It can be served as an appetizer.
Cooking Instructions

Toast a slice of bread, drizzle it with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cook the salmon in a pan with garlic, olive oil, and parsley, adding a splash of water for 15 minutes.

Place the salmon slices and poached egg on the bread. Use a knife to cut into the egg.

Let the soft yolk flow out.

For the poached egg, pour the cup of water into a small pot with the two tablespoons of vinegar and bring to a boil. Use a whisk to create a whirlpool, then add the egg, using the whisk to help wrap the yolk with the egg white.
