Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  2. 2 tbspfennel seeds
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  5. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  6. 1 tspasafoetida
  7. 2whole chillies
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 1 tbspjaggery
  10. Salt, as per taste
  11. 2 pinchTurmeric powder
  12. 1.5 cupPomengranate seeds

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel Pomengranate and take out seeds.

    Keep whole spices ready.

  3. 3

    Dry roast spices.

  4. 4

    Add oil in pan. Once warm add asafoetida, grounded spices powder, chilli powder and jaggery.

    Stir it and cook until jaggery melts. Add Pomengranate.

  6. 6

    Cook until done.

    Once cool add it to glass jar and store in fridge.
