    Peel yam, wash, cut into desired shapes, sprinkle some salt and fry in hot vegetable oil until it is crispy and done. Set aside!

    Break eggs in a bowl, add chopped onions and pepper, add salt to taste, add little curry powder, whisk and fry in a frying pan greased with veg oil. When frying the eggs, immediately you pour the whisked eggs into the frying pan, scatter it using a fork (do not fry flat) Fry until the egg is cooked.

    Serve the fried yam with the scrambled eggs... Enjoy!
