Ingredients

  1. Snails
  2. Tomato (sliced)
  3. Pepper(manually blended)
  4. Veggies (sliced green pepper, carrot, green beans)
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Salt, seasoning cubes, curry, ginger
  7. Onions (diced)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil snails with onions, salt, cubes, ginger powder till soft

  2. 2

    Put vegetable oil in a pan, add thyme, then onions and stir, then tomatoes and fry for a few minutes then add salt, cube and a little curry powder and allow for about 2minutes than add the snails and stir then add the sliced vegetables and stir fry for about 90seconds and then turn off heat.

    Serve and east with rice or pasta
