Ingredients

serves 4-5 serv
  1. 1bulb broccoli pulverised to grainy texture
  2. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  3. 1/2zucchini diced
  4. 1carrot shredded
  5. 4baby corn sliced
  6. 4Green onions sliced
  7. 1/2red pepper diced
  8. 1 packettofu
  9. 1egg beaten
  10. 1/2 tsppaprika
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tsppepper
  13. 1/2 tspvegetable seasoning
  14. Handfulshrimps, peeled, de-veined, salted and rinsed
  15. 2 tbspolive oil

    In a hot wok, add oil, add garlic and onions, stir fry until fragnant

  4. 4

    Add paprika, vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper and stir, now add chopped vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Next add broccoli and stir fry, push veges to the side of the wok and add shrimps, stir fry until pink, push to the side and add the egg into the wok

  6. 6

    Stir fry mixing the veges, add tofu lightly stir fry, careful not to break tofu too much

  7. 7

    Garnish with green ends of scallion and serve
