Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. Egg
  3. Onion
  4. Fresh tomato
  5. Oil
  6. Seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Slice your cabbage

    Wash and put in a pan, add a pinch of salt and Allow to simmer a little. If the cabbage dosnt have water add a little bit to enable it simmer

    Brake the eggs and add tomato, onion and seasonings...

  4. 4

    Add a little oil to the cabbage and add in your egg

  5. 5

    Turn a little and dobt turn again until egg start to cook/fry... After completely fried you put down

  6. 6

    Can be served with jollof rice, white rice or yam
