Ingredients

  1. 2 SlicesSteak
  2. 1 tspBlack pepper
  3. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  4. 1onions
  5. 1 cupWhite Mushrooms
  6. 1/2Hard Boiled Egg
  7. 30 gshredded Gouda Cheese
  8. 50 gLettuce
  9. 20 gCabbage
  10. 2 tspLactose Free Philadephia Cream
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 9 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Marinate your steak with salt, pepper and whatever spice you desire. Let it sit for an hour minimum.

  2. 2

Heat up your oil, add half of your onions for flavour. Toss in your steak and fry on medium heat. You don't want your steak getting burnt outside but raw on the inside.

  3. 3

Keep turning on both sides to get it cooked. I love my steak well done unlike my husband who eats his medium rare. So cook until your desired texture is reached.

  4. 4

In another non-stick pan, add 2tbsp of Olive oil, add your Mushroom and sauté. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. And you are good to go.

  5. 5

For your salad, this could be prepared earlier and kept in the fridge while you make your steak and mushrooms.

  6. 6

Wash your veggies, slice to desired sizes. In a bowl, mix your vegetables with cheese and cream. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  7. 7

Slice your egg and add on top to decorate. Food is ready.
