Ingredients

  1. 1,1/3 cups flour
  2. 125 gbutter
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 2 tbspPowdered Milk
  6. 1/2 cupgrind g/nut

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the g/nut and keep aside.In a bowl add in egg,sugar and butter,stir well.

    Add in the g/nut to the mixture and stir, lastly you add the flour.

  3. 3

    Scoop and mold into a ball and lightly press down on each ball to slightly flatten them out.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle g/nut all over the flatten ball.

  5. 5

    Arrange on a baking tray leaving space in between to give room for expansion with out spreading in to another cookie while baking.

    Serve with tea or cold milk
