My daughter and I make these when we don't wish to take too much time making something. What's great about these cookies is you can add pretty much any optional ingredients you'd like.

I've wanted to make butter cookies for a while. When I was little, we always had them at home. The ones in the blue tin, I don't know if any of you had them too, but they are delicious. Since we have lactose intolerance at home, I decided to make them again 😃 to enjoy them once more.The original recipe is by Jenny @cook_12134805, and here is my version with a few small changes.Have a great day! 😘😘😘

I love these. They're definitely a tradition in my family. My Mom made these with my siblings and me and now I get to make these with my daughter. Very awesome.

Doing a little preholiday baking today. I never even had these BEFORE I lost my cake privileges lol this is the ole 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies but I doubled it and used cashew butter instead. I also balanced out the sweet with some salt and put a copious amount of vanilla in as well. I like big food so I use a bigger scoop than my cookie scoop. If you use a regular cookie scoop you’ll yield a lot more cookies.

This is actually a halved recipe from good housekeeping Christmas exchange book, my daughter made them and they turned out perfect.

Most of my family eats gluten-free foods so I wanted to make a good cookie for everyone. Everyone loves them!

for more fun i like to add colored sprinkles depending on the season... i loved them when my oma made them and my kids love them just as much... for diabetes just replace all sugars with sweeteners... its just as good i promise :) :cookie

The key to making perfect peanut butter cookies is to keep the cookie balls all the same size! (I make mine about 1/2 tablespoon). If all your cookies are the same size, you will know how long to cook them! Mine are done at 8:00 minutes! (And they end up perfect!)

These cookies melt in your mouth and are healthy, suitable for children and babies over 12 months old because they contain honey. My little one loved them, and I never needed to buy store-bought ones. They are quick to make and fill the house with the aroma of butter!

I needed a recipe to use up the four egg yolks I had left over from making meringues so I made these! I overbaked mine (18 min in a toaster oven) so definitely bake for less time than that. Also, the egg whites are optional - mine were again, leftovers. Adapted from Deb72's "Mrs Fields Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cooky"
