Ingredients

  1. 2ripe plaintain
  2. 3 table spoonsugar
  3. Some juice from half lemon
  4. 1orange juice and rid
  5. 2 table spoonred soy souce
  6. 2 table spoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the rind from the Orange using a peeler to get the thinest pieces

  2. 2

    Cut the Orange and squeeze out the juice and set a side. Cut the rind into thin strips using a sharp knife then peel the plaintainto 2 equal halves

    Melt the butter just enough to cook the plaintain on medium heat allow to cook to simmer for the second side to cook and Brown becarefull not over cook and set a side

    In you pan add the butter the sugar to the melted butter add orange juice add a little lemon juice finally add the orange rind simmer for some seconds add red soy souce simmer for 5 menutes.pour the souce on top of the plaintains
