    Peel the potatoes and cut into chips wash sprinkle salt and fry in hot oil

    In a pan add little oil and add the chopped onions fry a little and add the tomato and red scotch bonnet pepper fry and add seasonings, break the eggs,whisk and add some salt and maggi grab it in the pan and allow it to fry a bit then mix with frying spoon live it to simmer for some minutes and serve with the potatoes. Enjoy with hot tea or juice of choice
