Ingredients

  • 20red chillie
  • curry leaves as required
  • 4 teaspoonshathi achar masala
  • 3 teaspoonsmustard seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoonsTumeric
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1lemon
  • 1/4 cupcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Cut the chillies

    On low heat add oil, curry leaves,mustard seeds,hathi achari and salt

    Add Tumeric and chillies stir fry on low heat

    When they are ready add lemon juice and let fry for few minutes and it's ready
