A franco-swedish version of the avocado toast. Easy, healthy and perfect for brunch.

I made Avocado Toast this morning for breakfast. It's my husband's favorite. I never measured the ingredients, was going to do it this morning, but I was in rush. Next time when I make this again I will try to measure everything and edit this recipe.

I wanted a simple way to eat bread and vegetables...Depending on how you like it, you can grill it a bit more or heat it in the oven then grill until it is golden brown and soft.If you grill it instantly once it is warm, it will stay soft and cook to golden brown. Recipe by fug

Toast a piece of whole wheat bread in the oven or a toaster. Cut an avocado in 1/2 and scoop out the insides after removing the pit. Smash the avocado, adding salt and pepper as you mash. Take toast out of oven and spread avocado mix. Add desired toppings.
