Ingredients

  1. 12 tinsflour
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2 tinssugar
  4. 1 cupbutter
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  7. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the butter mix with your Fingertip,add the egg and milk mix until well combined knead the dough for about 15mins, keep it aside and allow it to rest for about ten to fifteen minutes

    Transfer the dough on to a working surface and knead well using your palms for some minutes, roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut to your desired shapes,heat oil on a Pan and fry till golden brown. Serve and enjoy with drink of choice
