Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar or to taste
  3. 2 tspyeast
  4. 1egg
  5. 3 pinchessalt
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1atarodo cut into small pieces or more if you want it hot
  8. Warm water
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl add the atarodo and mix.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and gradually add the warm water to make not too watery batter.beat well using a wooden spoon cover snd allow to double in size.

  3. 3

    Fry in oil (medium heat)
