Italian Bread-Style Okara Bread Italian Bread-Style Okara Bread
By chance I baked bread using some okara I had in the freezer. This bread had the same moist, tender and fluffy texture and lightly salty taste of bread I had in a New York Italian restaurant. On January 13th, 2009 I revised this recipe to include butter. The first time I baked this bread I used leftover okara I had in my freezer, however now I buy okara and freeze it in 50 g amounts to use for this bread. For one loaf. No-Knead Bread [Fluffy Bread] No-Knead Bread [Fluffy Bread]
This easy recipe creates a super soft and fluffy bread, and you will not believe it is made without kneading! Here I am creating a no-knead bread version of butter sugar bun. It's possible if you prefer not to add the butter and sugar topping. You will still end up with a tasty fluffy bread loaf. Spoonful Passion -
Fluffy Milk Bread Fluffy Milk Bread
I wanted to make really fluffy bread! And with this bread, my dream came true.I wanted the bread to have a slight golden color on the tops, so I covered them with a sheet of aluminum foil after 10 minutes of baking time. But if you want to bake white bread, dust the tops with bread flour, bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 7 minutes. In the summertime, preheat the oven to 180°C, lower the temperature to 140°C, and bake for 15 minutes (cover with aluminum foil if needed). Fluffy and Crisp Whole Wheat Rum Raisin Bread Fluffy and Crisp Whole Wheat Rum Raisin Bread
I love raisin bread, so I've tried making many original recipes. I found the perfect dough for rum raisins. It's really good cooled down and as it is, or warmed up in the toaster, it smells so good. You can put cream cheese on it, and it goes well with alcohol. It's my favourite standard bread. If you don't knead the dough well, it may create air pockets that will be visible after you cut it. Please knead it well. If the dough isn't proofed enough the second time, the corners of the bread won't come out sharply. It's important to make sure that it has risen enough. Simple Fluffy Mini Bread Loaves Using a Pound Cake Pan Simple Fluffy Mini Bread Loaves Using a Pound Cake Pan
We don't have a bread pan in our house so I made a simple loaf of bread using a pound cake pan.I tried many different recipes and for some reason I just kept failing... Since I get bothered by things really easily, I thought up a bread recipe with easy measurements and not much work time.Adjust the amount of water accordingly. As long as the water and milk adds up to 180 ml it should be sufficient. (But I think having a little more water than milk makes the dough easier to work with.)The amount of butter can be adjusted to your preferences too! It's good if the dough rises enough to jut out from the top of the pound cake pans! Recipe by Hinanonnyan cookpad.japan
