Ingredients

  1. 350 gcold butter
  2. 180 gbrown sugar
  3. 500 gflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cold butter and sugar together till mixed together

  2. 2

    Add flour and mix together till thick almost like a dough

  3. 3

    In between a patchment paper, roll out d cookies dough flat then place in the freezer for 5-10mins

  4. 4

    Cut into shapes and sizes

    Then bake for 10-15mins till golden brown, Allow to cool and serve with any cold drink
