preheat oven to 180°C

mix all purpose flour and baking powder well

add brown sugar, peanuts butter, and egg in the flour mixture

stir all the ingredients into a dough

press the dough to a thin layer (around 5mm)

put the dough layer into the fridge and cool for around 10mins.

cut the dough layer by knife into square

bake for 8mins and take out to cool down on rack
