Preheat oven to 375?F.

In one Bowl, beat the butter until it's creamy. Mix in both the brown and regular sugar.

Mix in the same bowl, the peanut butter and egg. You may use blender if needed.

In a second bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the dry ingredient bowl into the sugar batter bowl and mix!

With a spoon, place small scoops of batter onto a cookie sheet. Place in oven for 9-10 minutes.

The product is around 12-18 cookies! Once out of the oven, while they're still soft, dab a fork in sugar and make a criss cross pattern onto the cookie for a traditional appeal. Also, for chewie cookies, bake at 300?F for 12-18 minutes.
