  • 70 gramsGranulated Sugar
  • 50 gramsBrown Sugar
  • 1Egg
  • 125 gramsFlour
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 pinchSalt

    Preheat oven to 190 celsius

  2. 2

    Mix the butter, peanut butter and two sugars

  3. 3

    Mix in the egg

  4. 4

    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl

  5. 5

    Spoon gently into peanut butter mixture
